STLkits is a small independent shop. We collect as little about you as we can, and we never sell it. Here's everything we know about you, and why.

Browsing the site

There are no accounts, and we don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Like every website, our web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you asked for, to keep the site running and secure.

Your cart is saved in your own browser, on your device, so it's still there if you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

When you buy

Checkout happens on Dodo Payments, who process our orders as Merchant of Record. You give your name, email, country and payment details to them, not to us, and their privacy policy covers how they use it. We never see your full card details.

Dodo Payments shares your order with us: your name, email address, country, what you bought and what you paid. We use it only to look after your order, such as sending a fixed file or a refund, and keep it as long as we need to for that and for our tax records.

When you email us

We use your email only to answer you. We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@stlkits.shop. We'll delete anything we don't need to keep by law.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
